Second wife of Alois Hitler (his first wife was Anna Glassl Hitler), they had two children, Alois Jr (born 1882) and Angela (born 1883), half siblings of their future half-brother, Adolph Hitler, who was born to Alois' third wife, Klara. Franziska and Alois were married in 1883, after the birth of their second child, common in Europe at the time.
There is no record as to what happened to her remains, but it is likely that they were destroyed sometime after her death, in keeping with the Austrian custom of renting out all grave spaces, and destroying the remains when the rent was not paid.
