There is no probate of his estate on record but his estate went chiefly to his son Ebenezer as the only deed by which he granted property (S.D. 38-119) dated Mar.16,1686/7 made over to Ebenezer 16 acres, a house and barn, two orchards, and he is to provide for us (his parents) for our natural lives, and to have the improvement of the west end of the house, also to have half of 30 acres "at the Clay Pit adjoining the farm of Thomas Faxon, and half of 40 acres at Aldridge Farm."
