Juda Salomon oder Jakob (Juda) Winter

The father of Lina et al., considered to be JAKOB WINTER, would not have been the brother of Juda M. Winter. Instead, he was Juda S[alomon] Winter, called, in son Moritz's 1836 birth record, Juda S. rechte Jakob Winter.

In birth record of daughter Karolina Winter on June 19, 1845, her parents are called Juda Winter, Familiant No. 16 and Loty geb. Hatschek.

The birth record of daughter Bertha Winter, b. May 18, 1853, gives date of marriage for Juda Salomon Winter & [in 1853] Netti geb. Hatschek: October 21, 1833 (outside the timeframe of available Uhersky Ostroh marriage records).

A Sallomon Winter, age 42 (b. 1749) married Estherova Taussin, age 21 (b. 1770) in Fall 1791 (month not legible), with Joseph Tauss as a witness. Uhersky Ostroh Marriages [O]1784-1830, Image #7/113.
