That's my grandfather. His father Jesse Benjamin Tudor was kicked by a horse and died. He and his wife are buried in the Fort Harney Cemetery. In Harney,Oregon. They were homesteaders in the Alvord Valley in 1906. It was marginal land in a barren and beautiful place at the foot of Steens Mt. In Oregon. As a young boy he left Sprintown Texas and immigrated west thru Oaklahoma Indian Territory ,I think to the Oregon Trail to Baker Oregon.
