John Bradstreet (1662 - 1699) Mariner. [1]

December 1662 -- John Bradstreet was born at Rowley, Essex County, Massachusetts Bay Colony. [2]

August 12, 1674 -- Hannah Dummer was born at Rowley, Essex County, Massachusetts Bay Colony.

January 29, 1690/1691 (i.e., 1691) -- John Bradstreet and Hannah Dummer married at Rowley, Essex County, Massachusetts Bay Province. Hannah was a daughter of Captain Richard Dummer and Elizabeth Appleton Dummer. [3]

Marriage: Dummer, Hanah, and John Broadstreet, Jan. 29, 1690-91 at Rowley, MA. [4]

John and Hannah Dummer Bradstreet had three children:

Moses Bradstreet was born on November 11, 1691 in Rowley (Essex) Massachusetts.
Elizabeth Bradstreet was born about December 1693 (baptized January 1693/94) in Rowley (Essex) Massachusetts.
Hannah Bradstreet was born about February 1696/1697 (baptized February 14, 1697 in Rowley (Essex) Massachusetts, and died August 14, 1788 in Brunswick (Cumberland) Maine. She married July 22, 1731, John Minot, son of Steven Minot and Mercy Clark. John was born on December 27, 1690, and died January 10, 1764 in Brunswick (Cumberland) Maine.
July 21, 1699 -- John Bradstreet died at Barbados, West Indies. [5]

1700 -- widow Hannah Dummer Bradstreet and Nathaniel Ellithorp married at

1711 -- Hannah Dummer Bradstreet Elithorp was living in Boston.

February 1726/1727 (1727) -- Moses Bradstreet died at Rowley. November 10, 1720 Moses Bradstreet and Abigail Lunt married at Rowley. Abigail was a daughter of John Lunt and Ruth Wood. Abigail Lunt was born June 2, 1703 at Rowley, Essex County, Massachusetts Bay Province, and died July 11, 1723 -- Abigail Lunt Bradstreet died at Rowley. Moses and Abigail had one child Abigail

Nathaniel Bradstreet 2 was born about November 1705 (baptized November 18, 1705) in Rowley, Essex County, Massachusetts, and died December 2, 1752 in Ipswich, Essex County, Massachusetts. He married first, April 19, 1727 -- Nathaniel Bradstreet and Hannah Northend married at Rowley. Hannah Northend was a daughter of Ezekiel Northend and Dorothy Sewell. Hannah was born about 1705 and died about Feb 1739 in Rowley. Nathaniel married second, August 15, 1739 -- widower Nathaniel Bradstreet and Hannah Hammond married at Rowley. Hannah Hammond was a daughter of Thomas Hammond and Hannah Platts. Hannah was a half-sister to the children of Sarah Pickard.

Massachusetts, and died in 1690 in Canada. He married 16 Oct 1688 in Rowley, Priscilla Carrell, daughter of Anthony Carrell. Priscilla was born 19 Mar 1660 in Topsfield (Essex) Massachusetts, and died 25 May 1725 in Rowley. Nathaniel served in King William’s War, the first in a series of wars between France and Britain for control of North America. He was a member of the Canadian Expedition, a failed attack on Quebec, and he died on the expedition. After Nathaniel died, Priscilla married in 1694 Samuel Todd.
Nathaniel and Priscilla had one child (second cousin to us): Priscilla Bradstreet was born 22 Sep 1689 in Rowley (Essex) Massachusetts, and died 6 Sep 1736 in Bradford (Essex) Massachusetts. She married 14 Jun 1707, Nehemiah Jewett, son of Jeremiah Jewett and Sarah Dickinson. Nehemiah was born about 1678 in Ipswich (Essex) Massachusetts, and died 2 Feb 1732/33.

Priscilla and Nehemiah had four children (Jeremiah, Jemima, Priscilla, Caleb), of whom we list one --

Jeremiah Jewett was born 26 Oct 1709 in Rowley (Essex) Massachusetts, and died 27 Feb 1756 in Rowley. He married 27 Jan 1736/37, Mary Mighill daughter of Nathaniel Mighill and Priscilla Pearson. Mary was born 9 Jan 1705/06 in Rowley, and died 17 Feb 1796.
Jeremiah and Mary had three children, one of whom is listed under Mary. Hannah Bradstreet was born in 1673 (baptized 9 Nov) in Rowley (Essex) Massachusetts.

Samuel Bradstreet was born in 1675 (baptized 22 Aug) in Rowley (Essex) Massachusetts, and died in childhood, sometime before 1681.

Bridget Bradstreet was born in 1676 (baptized 3 Dec) in Rowley (Essex) Massachusetts.

Aaron Bradstreet was born about Jan 1679 in Rowley (Essex) Massachusetts, and died in childhood, sometime before 1687.

Samuel Bradstreet was born about May 1682 in Rowley (Essex) Massachusetts, and died the same year.
