John married Anne Burnham by 1690 as their first child was born in February 1691. His wife Ann was born at Ipswich on April 24, 1664, daughter of John and Mary (___) Burnham. [1]

John died on November 29, 1695 at Chebacco parish. [2] [1]

His estate was inventory was taken on December 18, 1695 and valued at L163: 19 with debts at L12: 8: 8 1/2. His widow Anne was granted administration and posted bond on January 6, 1696, with John Burnum and David Low. [3]

John's mother Martha Low, in her will written on January 31, 1715, proved February 29, 1719/20, names among her heirs:

grandsons John Low, Thomas Low and Nathaniel Low, sons of John Low deceased, [4]
