1. Joseph (103) Norris was born on 5 Dec 1725 in , Baltimore, Maryland. Church records shows her name as "Philissana" On 2 Aug. 1758 Joseph Norris, Carpenter & Phillis, his wife deeded to Jacob Bond 40 acres of land called "Bond's Gift". He was devised by his father a part of tract of land called the "End" all the part that lies north of high bridge branch. Joseph deeded part of this tract to his brother, Edward on 1 Aug. 1780 & his brother Thomas, appears in possession of the other part tho there is no deed showing the conveyance. They moved to Ga. abt 1784/5 where they both died in the early 1840's Probably in Wilkes or Elbert co.

2 iii. William (304) Norris, was born in Feb 1758 in , Baltimore, Maryland. He died in 1838/9 at the age of 81 in , Harris, Georgia. Signed Oath of Allegiance 1778 Hartfod co., Md. (Md Rec. MSS Vol. III p32) The records of the War Dept. Washington D.C. show the following: "William Norris, rank not stated, 2d Md. Regt. enlisted Mar 1788 in Cumberland, Pa.; residence stated as Baltimore co., Md.; age 35 years,, complexion warthy; height 5 ft. 9 in.; hair black; proportion well set" Family records of William Anderson grandson, contain information that William Norris was at the surrender of Yorktown. William received a grant of land as bounty for this Revolutionary service from the state of Ga. 1827 in Henry co. (Ga. Roster pg. 363) Migrated to Ga. & located Franklin co. where the resided many years. William Norris was serving as justice of peace in said county 1798 (Dept. of Arch. Atlanta). Resided a few years in Henry co. & moved to Gwinnet co. abt 1829, to Harris co. abt 1836. She moved to Jasper co., Ga. living with son Jacob 1840; moving to Chambers co., Ala early 1850's with son John M. Norris & d. there in 1850's stated to be 1853. Stated to have 14 children.

3 iv. Joseph Needham (305) Norris, was born in Feb 1761 in , Baltimore, Maryland. He died in 1842/3 at the age of 82 in , Chambers, Alabama. Migrated to Ga. with parents abt 1784. Resided Franklin co., moved to Jasper co. abt 1819 & abt 1837 moved to Chambers co., Ala. Joseph Needham (305) Norris and Sarah were married before 1797 in , , Georgia. Sarah died in 1854/5. She was born in , , Georgia..
