Julian married John Sutton, of Hingham & Rehoboth on October 22, 1620 in the parish of Eaton St. Andrew, Norwich, Norfolk, England.

With 4 of their 8 children they emigrated to Hingham, Massachusetts on the Diligent in 1638.

Together they had the following children:
