Miss Brokaw to marry Crocker

New York Dec. 27 - The engagement of Miss Marguerite Brokaw to Charles Crocker of Pebble Beach, California, son of the late president of the Crocker First National Bank of San Francisco, was announced today.

Mr. and Mrs. Howard Crosby Brokaw of Oyster Bay, N.Y., parents of Miss Brokaw, indicated the wedding would take place the last of next month. One of the most popular members of the younger set, Miss Brokaw attended Miss McKeever's School and Miss Porter's School at Farmington, Connecticut. She is a granddaughter of the latte Isaac Wall Brokaw and the lat William Goadby Loew.

Crocker was recently divorced from Mrs. Virginia Bennett Crocker.
