Father's connection is uncertain. His birth year is either incorrect, Mary was much younger when she married or he is not her father.
Mary came to Western Australia with her father on the Hooghly, arriving on 12 February 1830.[1]
She married James Tuckey on 7 December 1841 at Mandurah.[2][1] They had five children over the next ten years.
Inquirer and Commercial News (Perth, WA : 1855 - 1901), Friday 28 June 1895, page 15
We regret having to announce the death of Mrs. James Tuckey, which occurred at the residence of Mr. John Chester, Fremantle, last Thursday. The deceased lady was amongst the oldest and most respected of Western Australian colonists, having arrived in the colony in the year 1835. The late Mrs. Tuckey's remains were conveyed to the Mandurah cemetery on Friday last and laid beside those of her husband, whose death we recorded a few months ago.[3]
Birth record for her son James has her second middle name of Ann.
Headstone has her first name as Maryann and age at death as 73.
