From Geni.com on Olive Harman provided by FAG Contributor Dr. Andree S: #47094290

January 30, 1570 Age 21 Marriage of Olive to Nicholas Atwood London, Greater London, United Kingdom Nycholas "Wood" married Olive Harman at St. Martin of the Field (recorded variant in name spelling -- the name in old English is AtteWode, or "at the wood".

He also served Queen Elizabeth I after the second year of her reign. His position was undoubtedly that of Asst. Sergeant of the Queen's Carriages, with his cousin, John Ownstead as Sergeant.

When in the country, they resided at Court Farm, and here one night when roads were especially bad and the queen returning from one of her trips, she spent the night at Court Farm. The Greshams held the court itself, but were Catholic, so Elizabeth preferred to stop with Nycholas.

Children were: Harman, Oliver, Alice, Susan, Johannes, Nicholas, Thomas, Jacobus (James), Johanem (John), Derick and Richard.

Olive Harman Atwood's 2nd Husband was William Marlevile, married 26 May 1590 at St Martin of the Fields, Middlesex, England. (Source: Unknown)
