R' Shmuel Gottesman, Admur Lashkowitz-New York

Shmuel Gottesman Ben R Yosef died 5th of Teves Tof Shin Cof Ches, 1968. He is buried in the chassidim section of Har Hamenuchos. Gush Bet, Chelka Gimmel, Shura vov, Mispar 65. It's above (but in a different chelka than) the kvoros of the Belzer Rebbe and R' Moshe Feinstein.

The graves on Har HaMenuchot are divided into sections operated by various chevra kadishas (the Perushim, the Chassidim, the Sephardim, and the Kehillas Yerushalayim). The chevra kaddisha of the chassdidim section has a map which may be helpful. I haven't seen it, and would like to, if you get a copy.The number for the chevra kadisha that is in charge of the chassidim section is 02-5384589

To get to Shmuel Gotteman's kever, drive to the main parking lot below the section of the chassidim at har hamenuchos. At the Southwest crnr of the parking lot is a road leading up to the graves. Drive (or walk) up that road to your sencond right. After your second right walk straight until you hit a wall. Turn right at that wall. A little way down on your left you will see a sign for Gush Bet, Chelka Bet (see first attached picture) Turn left and walk into this chelka fo the cemetery. Walk straight (you are heading North) until you hit a wall. On this wall will be two signs; one for gush bet chelka Aleph and, to the right (East) Gush Bet Chelka Bet. That wall ends, just to the right of the second sign, and makes a right angle with another wall that runs North South. (see that corner in the second attached picture) On the Southern end of that wall (i.e. on the left end of the wall, when facing that wall) there is a sign for Gush Bet chelka Gimmel (picture 3). Make a 360 degree turn so that your back now faces that sign. You will see a wall in from of you. Shmuel Gottesman's kever is right up against the wall you are now facing. (I am standing with my back to that wall, and at the foot of R' Shmuel's kever, in picture 5) The base of R' Shmuel's kever faces that wall so that it can be difficult to see the writing on the base of the kever (picture 4). It is approximately at the N-S level of the sign that is behind you.
