The writing on the tombstone doesn't quite match the date of 22 July 1540

If the Hebrew data is correct then the date should be about 1 August 1540 or it could be wrong Hebrew date and then it is a match to 22 July 1540

Also according to the writing on the tombstone it says that he was missing??? On that date not died or buried
