Reginar du Louvaine, (I)

It appears that the County of Louvain (nowadays roughly corresponding to Hageland) was established within the Duchy of Lower Lorraine in the 10th century (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Counts_of_Louvain for details) so it is unlikely that this Reginar was styled de Louvain (or anything similar such as du Louvaine). Further research is warranted.

This Reginar looks like he is supposed to be the same as Reginar I "Longneck", Duke of Lorraine and Count of Hainault. Are they supposed to be the same person? Further research is warranted.
