It appears that the County of Louvain (nowadays roughly corresponding to Hageland) was established within the Duchy of Lower Lorraine in the 10th century (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Counts_of_Louvain for details) so it is unlikely that this Giselbert was styled de Louvain (or anything similar such as du Louvaine). Further research is warranted.
