From: "Plymouth Colony" by Eugene Aubrey Stratton, pg 277 Cuthbertson, Samuel - The son of Cuthbert and Sarah Cuthbertson, he later shortened his name to Samuel Cuthbert. He arrived on the 1623 Ann. Following the death of his parents, he put himself out as an apprentice on 1 April 1634 for a term of seven years to Richard Higgins of Plymouth. A deed shows him resident at Achushnet (Dartmouth) and the heir of Godber Godberson, deceased (MD 16:182).
