Sarah June 27, 1749; d. Walpole Aug. 27., 1809; m. Mar. 19, 1767 Jonahan Royce of Lyme, b. 1735; d. Walpole July 10, 1826. He moved from Conn., to Marlow about 1778, drawing his household goods into that town on a hand sled, being guidedby marked trees. There he build a cabinin which he and his familylived one year when he rem. to Walpole in which town he became an important citizen, selectman, moderator, tec. They had nine ch.
