Division of estate mentions the widow; Thomas Bayley, only surviving son; daughter Christian, wife of Ebenezer Whitmarsh; daughter Ruth, wife of Henry Ward; daughters Martha Bayley and Sarah Bayley, a minor, the eldest daughter, having received X4 in her father's lifetime, I I May, 1698.
