Thomas was the son of Robert ab Eynon (Baynham) and Margaret Abrahall. He married firstly Margaret Hody, she died before 1470. They were the parents of: Sir Alexander Baynham, born 1459, of, Westbury-on-Severn, Gloucestershire, England and died September 25, 1524 William Baynham, born 1461, Elizabeth Baynham, born 1463, Isabell Baynham, born 1465 and died Aft June 24, 1519. Thomas married secondly Alice Walwyn about 1470.
