William@multiwords.de, author of the website www.multiwords.de/genealogy/KeziahArroyah.html, states that it was not Martha Bryant's father-in-law, but rather her brother, Thomas Bryant (d.1705), who "m. Eleanor, probably his Indian servant, and had issue." His information seems much more accurate than mine, so we may need to change our John Powell II's info. -- Paula Jarrett
