Viktor Emanuel II (ital. Vittorio Emanuele II, 4. maaliskuuta 1820 – 9. tammikuuta 1878) oli Piemonten, Savoijin ja Sardinian kuningas vuodesta 1849 vuoteen 1861. 18. helmikuuta 1861 hän otti käyttöön myös arvonimen Italian kuningas, hän oli yhdistyneen Italian ensimmäinen kuningas. Viktor Emanuel piti tätä arvonimeä hallussaan kuolemaansa asti.

Vuonna 1842 Viktor Emanuel II meni naimisiin serkkunsa Itävallan arkkiherttuatar Maria Adelhaiden (1822-1855) kanssa, pari sai kahdeksan lasta:

Victor-Emmanuel II (en italien : Vittorio Emanuele II), né le 14 mars 1820 à Turin et mort le 9 janvier 1878 à Rome, est un prince de la maison de Savoie. Il est duc de Savoie, roi de Sardaigne, prince de Piémont et comte de Nice de 1849 à 1861, puis premier roi d'Italie du 17 mars 1861 jusqu'à sa mort.

Comme roi de Sardaigne, il s'entoure de grands ministres comme Massimo d'Azeglio et Camillo Benso, comte de Cavour, qui modernisent le royaume. La réalisation de l'unification italienne lui procure l'appellation de « Padre della Patria » (en français : « Père de la Patrie ») ; il est aussi surnommé « Roi gentilhomme » (en italien : Re galantuomo).
