Viktor Raidla/Feodoroff oli eesti õigeusu vaimulik – diakon, preester, samuti pedagoog- kooliõpetaja. Ta sündis 10.01.1910 Võrumaal Antslas Peeter Feodoroffi peres, lõpetas Pihkva Vaimuliku Seminari 1935 ja Tallinna Pedagoogiumi 1937, töötas kooliõpetajana Kilingi-Nõmmel alates 1940.
