About William V. Frankel
William V. Frankel was the Kinney Board Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Warner Communications, Inc. one of the largest corporations in the U.S.A. He was also president of the National Cleaning Contractors, Inc., until 1965, having been with the company since 1926. Then he became Board Chairman. In 1966 the company was merged into the Kinney Service Corporation and became known as the Kinney National Service, of which he was chairman. In 1969, Kinney acquired Warner Bros. and became the Warner Communications Company. Mr. Frankel then became Chairman. He was also vice-chairman of the United Nations Day Committee, and a director of the United Jewish Appeal, the Federation of Jewish Philanthropies and the American Red Cross, building industry division.
