According to info from Julius Muller: The first record on the village dates back to 1115. Since 1379 it was part of Pobežovice estate. In Jewish Census 1793, there were 8 families (2x WÜRTZLER, BLOCH, WEISHUTH, HERSCHL, KLAUBER, HIRSCHWALD, GRÜNHUT). Synagogue build up in 1856, today used as firestation. The Meclov/Metzling community used the cemetery in Pobezovice. I (Tony Hausner) took photos in that cemetery.
