Thomas Cupper c1667 - 1740 Of Brinkinallt and Llantysilio in Yale. Was Squire/Agent to John Myddleton of Chirk Castle (commenced 1/3/1704) Richard Myddleton's Attorney 1705. Recorder of the lordship of Chirke and Chirke Land, 9 June 1716. (A Thomas Cupper was buried at Llantysilio on 4/7/1699) Tenant of Bryn kinallt & Pen y Clawdd. He was the son of Benjamin Cupper c1645 - 1692 & Jane Berrington c1650 - 92 Lived at Bryn Kinallt. Will proved 31st March 1692 at St Asaph. Librarian to Sir Thomas Myddleton Chirk Castle. May have lived at Kevenywerne (Cefn y Wern) nr Chirk, home of the Myddletons till 1672. Had lease of Dol Rhyd y Bont in Llantysilio (From1/10/1666 lease passed on to his son Thomas). Was Churchwarden of Chirk.
