Some Rudan families may be descended from Rudan Buli ,king of Tugue people for a short period .
He was the son of Sabolio , or of his father Kolo Yisigi ,son of Tumen Yili Kohan son of Tuwu Dayehu , member of the Ashina or Ahian dynasty of that people . The latter is the Asian counterpart of Ashinenka ,that is Ashina-Inka and of Ahian-Inka tribes in America, obviously of Inca origin .
Their ancestor likely was Niptasan ,or Ni-Petta-Ashan ,called A-Shan-Petta in the Old Testament , son of Zelalsen son likely of Alexander of Makedonia ,the founder in general of the Inca race . Zelalsen and Niptasan were the chiefs of Numida tribes ,who according to Latin sources are a mixture of the indigenous Gaetul and the immigrant Persian peoples ,who chose first Nomad and then Numida as their common name . This ethnonym though might have much earlier existed and its bearers could be descended from Ad-Ayada-Nawam-Ma ,grandson of Awappat ,whose descendants might have emigrated from Aigypt , either with its king Tearkón ,whose name ( Tewarek-ón ) was given to Tuarek people in the region , or even much earlier .
Gaetúl ,that is Gawae-Tuul in turn corrsponds to Tugue ,that is Tuul-Gawae ,what makes likely that Tugue kings in Asia ,in regions where later Turk peoples emerged ,were indeed of origin from Zelalsen's dynasty ruling over Turks in both parts of the Earth .
Tugues ,that is Türks,as it is known, were involved in fierce fighting with Avars ,who are believed to be the Asian Roro or Rou-Ruan ,chasing them as far as Central Europe ,so sons of Rudan and of other members of the family could well have also reached these places ,where modernly Rudan families occur .
