- But previous to the European Melody Grand Prix our Danish TV station DR has publiced that they are not 100 pct. sure about the link to the UK royal family.
They had hired a genealogist, who was not able to find the link at the moment because Emmelie's grand- or great grandparents were unmarried.
- The story has always been told in Emmelies familie. But the documentation is missing till now.

And the link in Emmelies family story is much closer to the English royal family than the link here on Geni : )
