Notice of Claims against Solicitors' Fidelity Guarantee Fund.
In the matter of GEOFFREY LUTHER MILNE, of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales.
Notice is hereby giveen that all persons claiming to have suffered pecuniary loss by reason of the theft or fraudlent mis-application committed on or after the 1st day of June, 1935, by the above named GEOFFREY LUTHER MILNE, of any moneys or other valuable property entrusted to him or to his servant or agent in the course of his practice as a solicitor, or of any moneys or other valuable property entrusted to him as a solicitor-trustee are required to deliver to the Secretary particulars of their claims in the prescribed form on or before the 30th day of June, 1968.
Claims not received by the Secretary on or before such date will not be admitted and no payment thereof will be made from the Solicitors' Fidelity Guarantee Fund.
