Curator pls unlock a private profile not unlockable by owner

Hello supervisors,

this profile if Emilie Bechinsky became "private" once and the owner Mr Eckstein has no rights to unlock it, as it seems. We agreed that we wanted to edit both on this tree/profiles. Can someone "up there" help out please?

Since November last year only profiles marked as deceased is allowed to be public profiles.

The only exception is Master Profiles, but this profile without other data than a name does in my opinion not qualify to be one.

If you want access to edit the manager's private profiles you have to invite him to your family group if the profiles is not within your own natural family group.
You find an option for that in the Actions menu on the manager's profile.

You invite to collaborate to get full access to edit this manager's public profiles.
