Richard Stockton - Richard Stockton, brother of Richard Stockton?

Richard "The Builder" Stockton, who married widow Susanna (nee Witham) Robinson and died 1709 in the Stony Creek area of Princeton, Mercer County, New Jersey, was a son of Richard "The Emigrant" Stockton (c.1635-1707) and Abigail (nee ___?___) Stockton. These two Richard Stocktons were father and son, not brothers both named Richard.
