Elizabeth Wells (Welles) - Daughter of Thomas Wells and Hannah Bacon

Private, who is an expert on the genealogy of my wife's family, rightly asked what evidence there is that Elizabeth Longworth Rice is the daughter of Reverend Thomas Walley, Jr. and Hannah Shove. I agree with her; I don't see any evidence at all. In fact, the profile for Hannah Shove explicitly states that their daughter Elizabeth died unmarried.

I do not think we know the identities of this Elizabeth Wells' parents.
