On the date of birth of Anna Cecilia Olivier this same note applies.

Peter Dennis notes that her date of baptism, according to the de Villiers/Pama Genealogies of old SA Families, was 7.2.1762. This would mean that her date of birth must have been (on or) before 7.2.1762 and not necessarily exactly on that date as I have had it. I do not have a date of baptism. I am mentioning this because your comment on 12 March 1:19 that mine is correct does not necessarily then apply. The info on her profile as it is today is correct if we accept that 7.2.1762 was her date of baptism. Have you already changed that date on her profile (as you implied was to happen)?

As a point of interst: I have her place of birth as Roggeveld, not as Cape Town as is presently recorded in her profile.

I spoke to Prof Barend Venter this morning. He has offered to have a relook at Anna Cecilia Olivier, since he has not done it for some time now. He will come back to me and I will inform you accordingly.

I think that you should disregard the extract about her from the Venter data base I sent to you yesterday. Let us just wait a bit until he responds.

Anna Cecilia Olivier is my 7th great grandfather's wife's great granddaughter.
It's likely I would have started this discussion because it was thrown at me as a Curator to resolve a Data Conflict resulting from a previous merge-in. That's the way Geni does 'housework' on the Big Tree :-)

I've added the data we didn't have, and confirmed the Roggeveld birthplace. It would be great to have Sources though, especially for the Death Place, as Middelburg (presently on the profile) and Brakrivier are not close together. Do you have them?
