It appears that Agnes was a member of a notable Norman Family that arrived in England with William the Conqueror (in fact could well be one of his grand children). A profile created on My Heritage showed her as being born in Winchester, Lichfield, Conn, USA. I have corrected the Geni profile to Winchester, Hampshire, England and written to the mange of the MyHeritage profile and am also doing further desk research in regard to the likely connection with King William I.
