I am stuck getting parents for William Terry b. 1752 or 1735, Amherst VA. I am really thinking that the 1752 birth year is more correct. Married to Susan Turner b. 1755 (?) I can find NO info on Susan. My guess is that she too is from the Amherst VA area, but that is only a guess. I cannot find anything that mentions her parents.
Likewise, Harry & Betsy Curry b. 1762, again I am guessing that it was in the Amherst VA area. Poor Betsy has no birth name, or any other info for that matter except she was the mother of Diana Dicey Curry. I am thinking that we are getting deep into the Monacan Indian part of my heritage and maybe birth names were non-existent or lost.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am new to tracking down my family, but so far it has been a grand adventure.
