We don't know where or when Elizabeth Fisher was born. The 1595 is a good guess if she was 22 at her marriage. St. Mary Matfellon, Whitechapel, London, Middlesex, England is where an Elizabeth Fisher married a Stephen Hopkins (assuming this is the right couple for the Mayflower -- not proved). Some people often list someone as born where they were married because there is no record of a baptism that can be proved and they don't know what else to do.
She was probably alive in Feb 1638/1639 when Stephen had a female servant living in the home (unless one thinks Stephen had an unmarried female living in his house with no wife also in residence) and Elizabeth was deceased by the time Stephen wrote his will on 6 June 1644 and stated that he wished to be buried "as neare as convenyently may be to my wyfe Deceased."
We have no record of Mrs. Hopkins' birth place or date or date of death. We don't even know the year much less the month or day.

The Timeline is all messed up. Has an exact christening date in 1582 and then a birth in 1595 and another baptism in 1604. Plus has an exact death date in 1641.
None of the 4 "Confirmed Matches" for this woman currently showing is correct. Stephen's wife is NOT the Elizabeth Hopkins who was baptized 13 May 1604 in Hursley, Hampshire who was still very much alive on 12 May 1613 and listed in her mother's probate that date. She is NOT Elizabeth Mary Fisher. Someone combined the names of two of Stephen's wives. "Barstable" is not the county where she died.
