Chaim Merkin - Connection between chaim merkin to the mirkis family

I see in a book the whole יחוס from shloima zalmen till tzvi hirsh, (which on geni is chaims father) and I read in a other book about chaim merkin father of hirsh father of yakov merkin, so the only thing now what I'm trying to find out now is about the connection of chaim merkin as a son of itzvi hirsh, which on this I didn't see any source yet, if you have any opinion on that please let me know, BTW with the years when lived (If known) it makes sense?
