Leopold Kohn - Leopold Kohn transport to Izbica?

I have recently received documents from the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum which confirm that Leopold was killed in Auschwitz, but also that have him on a transport (no.25) from Vienna to Izbica.

I wondered if anyone else knows about this or knows if others who were transported to Izbica ended up in Auschwitz. It seems that most either died there or were transported to Sobibor.
