I am looking for my mother's grandfather.
Does anyone have any information on a Thomas Kennedy who married Sarah Christina Quinn in Rangiora in 1912.
Theory has it that he jumped ship in NZ around early 1900's and maybe changed his name.
The first factual evidence we have of him is on the 1911 electoral roll living with or working for the McGrath family in Fernside. Sarah Quinn was also living in Fernside in 1911.
He was still on the McGrath farm on the 1914 electoral roll, but now with Sarah and at least one child.
