Oscar Edwin Bartlett is on Geni with
* born 1935
* died 1972
* father Edward Bartlett (1864-1923)
* mother Alice Jane Bartlett (1864-1932)
* brother Private (1898-1929)

Oscar cannot be the son of Edward BARTLETT and Alice Jane ROSE as they were both deceased prior to his birth.

It is probable that he is their grandson - can anyone add any extra information on him?

I believe this is his father:

Hilton James Bartlett

NSW BDM 66077/1972

Oscar L.E. Bartlett (1898-1929) is listed as a child of Hilton Bartlett (1888-1960) so that cannot be correct. I haven't fully checked but I think Oscar L.E. Bartlett is the brother of Hilton James Bartlett and Oscar E is the son of Hilton James and Flora Bartlett
