You may change it. I have never put a picture on any of my submissions and have no idea who did
I have no problem with the picture being changed or deleted.

OI! I do not see how to delete this pic. It just irks me that 1) a site one PAYS for is allowing such discrepancies 2) People are so ignorant about history and to lazy to cure themselves of that malady

It appears that if you hover over the picture, the edit icon will show up. Click on that for the options, including delete.
I lack Pro I'll fix it when I upgrade along with every other wrong pic I find.
