DNA is revealing that's it's very possible that my 4th great grandfather Pleasant Nance, may be named NANCE after his mother, who may be the NANCE. Elizabeth Nance "might" be the daughter of Reuben Nance and Nancy Brown. BUT Elizabeth is not listed in Reuben's 1812 Will , nor is she listed as one of the children in Reuben's bible.
A Pleasant Nance descendant has taken a yDNA test (R1b haplogroup) with NO Nance matches. and is NOT a descendant of the suspected immagrant Richard Nance (I2a haplogroup) b. c. 1604 wife Alice. He may not even be a NANCE.
