Be aware that profile of "Esther Susannah Allen (Swift?)" [Susannah Allen] includes the wives of two unrelated Ralph Allens of Sandwich, Massachusetts, in the 1600's. The first is Esther Allen (Swift) [Susannah Allen] [see also Esther Allen, and Esther Bull], the wife of Ralph 'Stonemason' Allen, Jr, of Sandwich [Ralph 'Stonemason' Allen, Jr, of Sandwich]. The second is Susannah Allen [Susannah Allen], wife of Ralph 'Wheelwright' Allen, Sr., of Sandwich [Ralph 'Wheelwright' Allen, Sr., of Sandwich]. Esther is not Susannah. :)

And Esther was Swift/Swyft when she married Ralph Allen. She may have married Bull after Ralph Allen's death but if so, they had no issue.
Ralph (the Stonemason ) Allen and Esther were married c. 1645 . Her father was William Swyft who was married to Joan , widow of Roger Dimbleby(d. Sept 1625) .
