As a note to future researchers, I thought I'd mention that 5 August 1704 is her baptism date, *not* her birth date. She was baptized at Newman Congregational Church in Rehoboth, Massachusetts, which is now East Providence, Rhode Island.
Internet trees say she was born in Salem, Massachusetts, but I can't find any record of that. Newborns in this period were baptized close to home, and Rehoboth and Salem were a good journey apart, so it seems more likely that she was born in the Rehoboth/Attleboro area.
