Emil Voss emigrate to Mexico about(1825-1829) He got a firm Hargous and Voss in Veracruz. 1840 Emil Voss was appointed (agent) on the part of the United States to receive payment of money payable by the goverment of Mexico to the United States: Emil Voss was Appointed by JAMES BUCHANAN the president of US.The money never came to US,about 300,000 dollars,maybe Emil Voss got it al?
