Erkki Laurinpoika Paavalniemi - Mattinen non-connection

Are there any sources showing that Erkki is the father of any children with the Mattinen surname?

Maria Paavalniemi/Oinas/Junkkara b. 1785 is sometimes confused with Maria Mattinen b. 1785.

But there is evidence the Mattinen children are born to Eric Mattinen b. 1747:

David I found no sources indicating that Erkki Paavalniemi is the father of Maria Mattinen's children, and every indication that Eric Mattinen is their father. The families live in different places and as far as I can see, they never interact. So I separated Maria Mattinen from Erkki Paavalniemi.
