Arthur William Hail - Arthur William Hail's decision to stay in England

@arthurwilliamhail Lizzie's son, Arthur William Hale, lived with his aunt Florence Annie Bailey around 1901 to 1911, perhaps longer. His aunt was one of the witnesses to his marriage in 1919. I still wonder why he did not join his mother but in 1909 he was nearly 20, old enough to fend for himself. He must have been named after his father and uncle.As per Robert Hofschroer
