Samuel Bleight, M.D. - Dr. Samuel Bleight burial 1827

Dr. Samuel Bleight of Philadelphia died in Eliabethtown, KY in June 1827 according to a PA newspaper death notice.
His family seems to have stayed/returned to Philadelphia. Was the doctor buried in Kentucky, or was he returned to Philadelphia for burial? Can anyone help?
