I have two different Alava de Cornouaille in my lines with close birth dates but different husbands. Would this be the same woman?

Alava de Cornouaille
Born about 890 in Cornouaille, France, Married to Prince Diles Heiguer Chebre de Cornouaille

and

Alava de Cornouaille
Born Bet 902 and 960 in Cornouaille, France married to Benoit de Cornouaille - Castellin & comte de Cornouaille (Grand Son of Prince Diles?)

I guess this could be valid but seems rather odd and looks really weird in my tree.

Good catch.

I'm concerned, because I'm not finding any evidence for either of these two profiles (or indeed much of what they are attached to) except in family web trees -- which carry no weight.

Medlands does not list known parents for Budic.
