This curated profile appears to be this one but Germanna has death date of 1786..
Do we know where the 1753 comes from? The Germanna database is skimpy for this one.

https://www.genealogy.com/ftm/a/d/k/Mary--R-Adkisson/GENE3-0001.html mentions Jemima and death date 1753.

I see some sorting and tree building in the future for them.....

"Children of JOHN MARR and CATHERINE FISHBACH are:
2. i. DANIEL2 MARR, b. 1693, Virginia; d. June 1753.
3. ii. MARY MARR, b. 1695, Prince William County, VA; d. July 06, 1775.
iii. JEMIMA MARR, b. Abt. 1697, Prince William County, VA (Fauquire Co., VA); m. JAMES DUNCAN.
iv. JOHN MARR, b. 1691, Faquier Co., VA.
Notes for JOHN MARR:
John, probably the oldest son of John Marr Sr., by his first wife, was of age in the year 1712 and patented in partnership with John Hooper 588 acres lying on the Horsepen(?) Branch, later called Marr's Branch.
Four year later, Marr was dead without any children and his father fell heir to the property. On July 24, 1716, John Hooper, as surviving partner, gave bond to abide by the division made between "the grantees by George Crosby and William Allen" and not to molest the heirs of John Marr, Jr.This grant, which now lies in Fauquier Co., Virginia, was one of the early ones in this section and marked a further westbound expansion of settlement.
v. CHRISTOPER MARR, b. 1692; d. 1780, Pittsylvania Co., VA; m. ABAGAIL.
4. vi. CATHERINE MARR, b. 1711, Stafford Co., Virginia; d. 1786, Nelson, Kentucky"
