Does anyone have info about Alfred Batts of Sullivan Indiana? He was married to Susan. She died and he married Nancy Chastain. I believe he had three children by first marriage and 3 daughters by second marriage. They ended up in an orphanage because both parents died around 1900-1901. The youngest one, Frances, died in an orphanage. Nancy Chastain (Ricker) was my maternal great grandmother. I would like to know what happened to the other two girls that were in the orphanage, Ethel and Rosa (or Rosetta). Thanks.
